We’re hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to participate in our hands-on, rotational training program. Designed to fast-track your growth into a future leadership role, this position provides exposure to key business areas —including marketing, operations, HR, customer service, and event planning.
Participate in a structured training rotation across multiple departments
Support and coordinate nonprofit events and live promotional campaigns
Represent partner organizations with professionalism at in-person community events
Assist team leads with daily business operations, workflow management, and performance tracking
Attend internal training sessions to learn best practices in leadership, outreach, and project execution
Analyze operations and suggest process improvements
Shadow department heads and participate in mentorship sessions
Complete training projects and present recommendations to company leadership
Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout your training journey
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (not required)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow into a leadership position
Passion for social impact, nonprofit causes, and community development
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Willingness to travel locally for events and campaigns
