Full-Time Nanny – $16.50–$17.00/HR (Depending on Experience)
Location: 78212 – San Antonio, TX

We are looking for a calm, confident, and nurturing nanny to join a warm and welcoming family in San Antonio! Care will be for two sweet children — a 5-month-old and a busy, curious 2-year-old — in a Montessori-inspired home that values independence, respect, and developmentally appropriate engagement.

Mom and Dad are looking for a reliable partner who can keep the children engaged through purposeful play, maintain routines, and offer gentle structure to their day. This is a long-term position with consistent hours, a thoughtful parenting approach, and two grateful parents who truly value their nanny.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate Start
Compensation: $16.50–$17.00/HR

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-day care for 5-month-old and 2-year-old

• Maintain feeding, diapering, and nap routines

• Engage in Montessori-style developmental play

• Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, bottles, tidying play areas)

• Support a calm, safe, and structured environment

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire

• At least one year of professional childcare experience with Infants and Toddlers (nanny experience preferred)

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (driving not required)

• Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)

• Two childcare references (Ready upon request)
