City of Lakes Waldorf School is seeking a qualified and inspired class teacher to join our faculty as our first grade teacher in August 2025. Qualified candidates will have a college degree, experience in the classroom, a strong interest in Waldorf education and proven capacities for teaching. Qualifications and Benefits: Ideal candidates are Waldorf trained teachers with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of teaching experience. Qualified teachers without Waldorf training will be expected to attend a Waldorf certification program supported by school funding. Diverse candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer a base salary of $50,000 with increments for teaching experience and education.
