Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker (with clarity, taste, and drive)

At  Johnson Security Bureau , we're looking for a  Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker who's ready to help shape the visual language of safety, professionalism, and community empowerment. Your work will support internal training, public education, and brand storytelling — all grounded in real-world impact.

What You'll Do:

• Design and animate training videos, explainer graphics, and branded content
• Create clear, effective visual assets for digital and social channels
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and internal teams to ensure consistent visual delivery
• Build templates and workflows to scale production efficiently
• Occasionally support edits for live-action footage or events

  What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in motion design
• A sharp visual eye and a clean, purposeful aesthetic
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere (CapCut, Photoshop, Figma = bonus)
• A strong portfolio that shows range and intentionality — not just flashy motion, but effective communication
• Experience working with instructional, corporate, or training content (a plus)
• Strong time management and communication skills
• A collaborative spirit, with a builder's mindset
