Business Analyst

What does a great Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will be responsible for developing and executing the ongoing strategic needs for our internally built Sr Leadership application – myFiserv.  Acting as the key interface between the product owner, application users. and development team to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documentation.  Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting requirements, and performing some user acceptance testing.

What you will do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate on enhancement requests, evaluate impacts, and make recommendations that are compatible with the overall needs of the organization.
• Efficiently prioritize and reprioritize work with timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years of business analyst experience, including assessing business needs, defining/documenting requirements, and developing solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 1+ years experience with Jira and Figma.
• A strong understanding of master data management.
• Knowledge related to portfolio and project management fundamentals/processes.
• Financial experience in the banking or credit union industries.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple sites and geographic areas.

Salary Range

$86,300.00 - $147,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
