ISO ALL STAR DDS NEEDED FOR GROWING PRACTICE

We are looking for a fun All-Star Dentist/Associate to join our growing squad every Wednesday and Thursday. Our team is excited to welcome the friendly, outgoing, family-oriented doctor who shows commitment to fitting our mission as a dental practice. We strive to provide our local community with up to date dental care utilizing the latest technology, compassion and true care for our patients. We have an amazing team and owner doctor who wants to work alongside, co-treat with, and mentor the right dentist to allow them to become a Super GP dentist. We love to work hard, play hard, and help serve our community! 

Our Ideal Doctor Traits:

• Treats patients like family while delivering exceptional dental care
• Ability to build comprehensive treatment plans, incorporating other providers and a holistic approach
• Establishes strong rapport with patients and treats them ethically and cheerfully
• 1–3 years of experience
• Ethical and patient-focused rather than insurance-driven
• Team-oriented and actively contributes to practice growth, events, and meetings
• Seeking a long-term career opportunity within the practice
• Willing to learn and follow established systems and protocols
• Holds an active dental license in good standing (must disclose any blemishes on license)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Must be an ADA/VDA/TDA member and involved in organized dentistry
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages, including children
• Open to mentorship and skill development
• Proficient with CBCT and laser technology (certifications in Botox and laser are a plus)
• Capable of completing restorative procedures and overseeing hygiene checks
• Willing to collaborate and support the team as needed

Position Details:

• Starting Schedule: Part-time, Wednesdays (full day: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM, patient care 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and Thursdays (full day: 6:40 AM-3: 00 PM, patient care 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Potential to expand to Tuesdays and transition into a full-time role
